Shipping Policy

**DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY**

**Shipping Cost:** Free for all orders above INR 300 within India. A nominal fee of INR 60 applies to orders below INR 300. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-orders). Shipping is not available on Sundays or holidays.

**Delivery Time:** Expect delivery within 3-5 working days from the shipping date. Multiple items may arrive in separate shipments based on availability.

**Tracking Orders:** Receive an email containing tracking details 24 hours after dispatch. Reach out to us if your order is delayed.

**Express Shipping:** Prepaid express shipping takes up to 3 business days and is available for prepaid orders only.

**Order Dispatch Delay:** Orders unable to be fulfilled within 20 days will be canceled. Feel free to contact us for support.

**Tampered or Damaged Packages:** Do not accept tampered packages. Contact customer care with a photo if your package arrives in such condition.

**CUSTOMS & DUTIES**

Customs and duties for international shipments are borne by the customer. It cannot be estimated before or after placing an order.

International orders cannot be refused. No reship or refund for refused orders.

**SELF-COLLECTION**

Email support@purlycare.com for self-collection. Collect within 2 working days; otherwise, it will be mailed.

Self-collection available 1 day after the order is made.

**CANCELLATION**

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Customers agree not to dispute Purly Care' decision regarding cancellation.

**CANCELLATION BY PURLY CARE**

Certain orders may be unable to accept or fulfill and must be canceled at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including quantity limitations, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

**COURIER**

Delivery takes 4-6 business days (domestic) and 8-10 days (international), excluding payment verification & administrative processes.

Orders are mailed within 24 hours upon payment verification, excluding weekends & public holidays.

Trackable and 100% insured delivery. Signature required; redelivery attempts made if absent.

A detailed message with courier company and tracking number is sent after shipping.

**MAILING HOURS**

Orders are processed and packed from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
