Returns & Exchange

At Purly Care, our mission is to deliver outstanding service, and our return and exchange policy embody our dedication to your satisfaction.

**Cancellation Policy:**

- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

**Exchanges:**

- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, with prior notification within 24 hours.
- Size exchanges are allowed once per order.
- Store credit will be issued for the exchanged product, valid for 90 days.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs (to and from).

**Return Policy:**

- Return requests must be submitted to our support team via Email within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
- Returns/exchanges are accepted only for size issues, damaged, or defective items.
- Refunds will be issued as Gift cards or credit points, valid for 90 days, with a deduction of Rs. 75/- for courier costs.
- Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

**Cancellation of Order:**

- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cash on Delivery order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours.

**Credit Points for Unavailable Sizes:**

- Credit points will be added to your account for desired size exchanges not available, valid for 90 days.

**Size Exchange Request:**

- Size exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If the requested size is unavailable, customers will be offered credit points to purchase something else.

**Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Exchange:**

- Exchanges will not be accepted if the customer dislikes the material or color.
- Variations due to human involvement in product creation must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% color difference depending on screen resolution is not eligible for exchange.
- Washed and worn products cannot be exchanged.
- No Refund, Return & Exchange for the Sale Store.
- No return if the original packaging is lost; in such cases, customers must ship the product to our warehouse at their expense.

- Shipping costs are automatically applied based on the selected country.
- Customs duties and taxes are charged at delivery based on actual duties by the country.
